8 Burpees
Run across the gym LENGTH WISE ( long side) 3 times
16 kb swings -1.5/1 pood

2nd
10 burpees
4 times
20 kb swings

3rd
12 burpees
5 times
24 kb swings

4th

15 burpees
6 times
26 kb swings

5th

18 burpees
8 times
30 kb swings

( NOTE: there and back counts as one length; make sure its NOT short side of gym )

If you complete the exercises for the given sets in under 3 minutes you get to rest. If you do not then you just start back at the beginning of the next grouping. Count the number of completed sets, like last week.
