125 burpee pull-ups for time
every 2 minute perform 7 KB goblet squats 2/1.5 pood
Athletes will also start with goblet squats.

The athlete CANNOT jump after the burpee to the bar, they can do a kipping pull-up or regular. So it will be a burpee into a pull-up. If the athlete can’t perform a pull-up they can do either a burpee and jump to a touch 10/8 inch above their reach with fully stretched out arms to measure or they can do a jumping pull-up off a plate or from the ground. As long as the chin crosses over the bar.
