Mental Toughness Modified Beep Test 

EMOM for 12 minutes

with increasing Rep Schemes

Starting at

1,1,1

Thrusters 75/55#

Pull-ups

Burpees

Increase by 1 rep per exercise for until you can no longer complete in the minute. Once you fail at a certain rep scheme go back down to the rep scheme where you were successful with and stay at that rep scheme until the WOD is complete. Record that round that you were successful at completing.

Strength /Skill

EMOM 6 minutes 

1 st minute 6-8 Dips

Use box if you can’t use rings

2 minute 8-10 Decline Push-ups

Feet should be higher then your shoulder

Notes

These movements should all be done slow/fast

Mobility
