40 minute AMRAP

300 meter run

10 pull-ups

20 push-ups

30 Squats

Mini Murph

150 meter run

5 pull-ups

10 push-ups

15 squats

Lats / Calfs

If you achieve 10 rounds at any point you can stop or for the mini murphy if you achieve 20 rounds. This workout is broken down to make it easier so try and push each individual sets of pull-ups, push-ups and squats.
