“Get Those Points”

AMRAP – 30 Minutes
Run – 2 pts

3/leg Pistols – 7 pts
15 Air Squats – 5 pts
5/leg Step-Ups (30/24″) – 5 pts

5 Ring Dips – 7pts
7 Plank to Push-Up – 5 pts
3 HSPU / Clap Push-Up – 7 pts

7 Decline Ring Row – 5 pts
3/5 Pull-Ups – 5 pts
3/5 CTB Pull-Ups – 7 pts

With a partner try and accumulate as many points as possible.  While one partner is working, the other partner is running 400m.  If you achieve 150/135 pts at any time, you can stop.  You cannot do the same movement twice in the same set.  Example: the run resets and you can start again at any exercise.  You must switch when your partner comes back from the run.
