150 reps
( achieve any way possible, but both partners must be working at the same time)

Straight leg seated DB shoulder press -35/25#
Barbell inverted rows with feet on a box

100 reverse burpees,
while partner holds weighted super man 20/10#, partner can only keep doing burpees if the partner is holding the superman position

50 lateral box jumps
each partner will be on either side of the box, either partner will perform a lateral box jump, while the other partner holds squat position with the DB

35 minute time cap
