6 rounds for time

  • 20 floor press- 155/105 (can only perform 5 reps at a time, while partner does box jump overs – 20/18″)
  • 750 meter row ( only can be rowed in 250 meter increments)
  • 200 meter KB walk with partner ( only one partner holding one KB each but it has to be in opposite hands) 2/1.5#pood
