Personal Training:
We offer a couple of personal training services that can fit any individual’s needs. Below are the prices for personal training packages & more information in our personal training services.
- One on One $70 per hour
- 5 Session Package Including 4-5 week program design $415
- 10 Session Package Including 4-5 week program design $690
- $90 Per Additional Program Design (this is charged on top of session)
Performance and Fat Loss
Through this personal training service, the initial session will be a structural balance assessment that allows us to identify muscular imbalances and weaknesses. From there we create a program that is based on the structural balance assessment, which allows us to create a program unique to the individuals goals and needs. This will take the guess work out and prevent injury, thus, allowing more focus in progressing the individual towards their training goals whether it be getting stronger, fat loss or athletic performance.
