CrossFit Ramsay presents the Western Classic

The Western Classic is a 1-day event occurring this February 4, 2012. Athletes from across Western Canada will gather at CrossFit Ramsay in Calgary Alberta to compete for the Western Classic title. Three exciting and challenging WODs will determine the winner of each category.

Scaled and Rx’d, Men and Women’s Categories.

Cost: $35 CrossFit Ramsay members / $50 non-members

*Capacity: 70 Athletes (space is being held for non-CrossFit Ramsay members)

*Some food and drinks will be provided for athletes.

*Each participant will receive an event t-shirt.

Schedule:

February 4, 2012
Times (aprox):

• 8 am: Registration and warm ups begin
• 9 am: 1st WOD
• 11 am: 2nd WOD
• 1pm: 3rd WOD
• 3pm: Awards
