Notes: TEAMS of 3-4

  •  This WoD works in a conga line fashion.
  • 1 athlete will start while the rest of the athletes await for athlete 1 to finish. After athlete 1 is finished, athlete 2 will go and so on.
  • Teammates cannot pass the athlete in front of them until the athlete in front of them is done.
  • Continue this relay fashion and accumulate as many rounds as possible.
