With a Partner Complete the Following 

8 Minute AMRAP 

Shoulder press #100/75

( Each partner must perform 3 reps at a time minimum)  

2 minute AMRAP 

Weighted Burpees #35/25

(Only one partner doing burpees at a time. Hands do not have to be raised about your head, just stand up with the weights. One partner can do as many burpees as they want at a single time)

6 minute ARMAP 

Push Jerk #145/95

(Each partner must perform 5 reps at a time) 

2 minute ARMAP

Weighted Burpees #35/25

(Only one partner doing burpees at a time. Hands do not have to be raised about your head, just stand up with the weights) 

4 minute AMRAP 

Split Jerk # 185/105

(Each partner must perform 3 reps at a time)

2 minute AMRAP

Weighted Burpees #35/25

(Only one partner doing burpees at a time. Hands do not have to be raised about your head, just stand up with the weights) 

Partners are alternating back and forth. Must complete the required number of reps per exercise to count as one set.. The teams will try and complete as many sets as possible within each AMRAP, plus record the number of burpees.
